- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Let's start with I'm not a account holder at RCB bank. Only been dealing with bank to pay my water bill. But because of the horrible experience I have had with them. I will never become a customer of RCB. 1. Why does the bank need to make a photo copy of my DL to to pay my bill with a debit card. ( no other place does) Then charge me 3.00. NOW THEY WANT MY FINGER PRINT TOO. 2. Attitude of cashier is uncalled for. "If I didn't like the way they did payment. I could pay it someplace else. " 3. List of rules about access to your money. 24 hours to 7 days. Ridiculous. CNB gives me access to my money right away. Will never do business at RCb in bartlesville again. And urge everyone to find a different bank to put your money in.By James Lunn, January 12, 2017
